Our broker/dealer helps public and private companies raise capital. We believe that, whenever possible, companies should get more than just capital from investors--they should get strategic partners.

Typically, we assist publicly traded companies that trade on the NASDAQ National Market, the American Stock Exchange, or the New York Stock Exchange. These companies come to us when they need to raise anywhere from fifteen million to two-hundred million dollars, because they know that we have the expertise to structure the deal and place the securities so that all parties benefit. The securities issued can be stock, bonds, warrants, preferred stock, or a blend of these instruments.

For Investors

Although we are not working on any specific private placement, we may have opportunities for Accreditied Investors with investment objectives and risk tolerances as partially described below and more fully described in the unique Confidential Private Placement Memorandum that will be available for each placement.

For Accredited Investors looking for higher income, we may act as placement agent for first trust partnerships, which are professionally managed portfolios of first mortgages. 

If you are looking for tax benefits and income, we may act as placement agents for tenants in common (TIC's) partnerships and oil and gas programs. 

Accredited Investors looking for capital appreciation can review our proprietary and non-proprietary placements, if and when available, from many industries.  We may be placement agents for issuers involved in real estate finance and development, precious metal mining, high technology, international consumer goods, broadcasting, and so on.
